Football season is officially here, on all levels. We didn't go to any high school games last year since Jackson was too young, but I think this year will be much different. Jackson actually sat on Arlene and Randy's laps for two quarters. Unheard of! Unfortunately, I had to chalk this up to the newness of it because at the next home game, he was walking and climbing everywhere! As always, Matt can be counted on as a great Jackson walker. Back to the first game .. as soon as Jackson saw the popcorn, he dove right in. Such the Swiper.
As you can probably see, it was a bit muggy, and for me to say that probably means it was the muggiest night of the year. Jackson was mesmerized by the bands and dancers' outfits. He takes after me. If there are lights, colors, and sounds, we are lost to the world.
These will probably be the only pictures we will ever have of Jackson sitting still at a football game, so this was a momentous evening!
